On June 14, 2011, Max Dobner, the son of former StingRays Keyboardist Frank D. passed away. When Frank D. joined the band, Max and his brothers joined too. The three of them -- just in middle school -- became our honorary road crew. We remember Max, the youngest, carefully watching everything the StingRays would do so he could help next time. He was an amazingly thoughtful, kind, helpful and smart young man that you could always count on. We appreciate the time we spent together and our hearts go out to the Dobner family.
